2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

In a medium saucepan, combine the whole milk and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir gently until the mixture starts to warm but is not boiling.
