Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and black pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well incorporated.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.

Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil.

Cook the chicken patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through and have a golden-brown crust. Ensure that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly crispy.

Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and your favorite condiments. Add the top half of the bun.

Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as sweet potato fries or a fresh salad.
