1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix the Beans: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained white beans, pesto, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gently stir until the beans and vegetables are well coated with the pesto.

Assemble the Bake: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by grated Parmesan cheese for an extra layer of flavor.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Cool and Garnish: Once done, remove the bake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before serving.
