8 oz (225g) fettuccine or penne pasta

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach leaves, fresh

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

      Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

        Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
