1 pound ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)

4 large eggs

1 ripe avocado, halved and sliced

Fresh lime juice (for drizzling)

Optional: Hot sauce (for serving)

Prepare the Turkey Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix until well combined.

    Shape Patties: Divide the turkey mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

      Cook the Patties: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey patties to the skillet in batches, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

        Prepare the Eggs: In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them sunny-side-up or to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.

          Assemble the Dish: On each plate, layer the cooked turkey patty, top with a few slices of avocado, and then an egg. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and add hot sauce if desired.
