Ingredients

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

1 cup sparkling water or club soda

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Ice cubes

Lime wedges and strawberry slices for garnish

Coarse salt (optional, for rimming glasses)

Instructions

Prep the Glass: If desired, rim the glasses with coarse salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and then dip it into a plate of coarse salt.

Blend the Strawberries: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Strain the Mixture: Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the strawberry mixture into a pitcher to remove the seeds and pulp, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.

Mix in the Sparkling Water: Slowly add the sparkling water to the strained strawberry-lime mixture, gently stirring to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the strawberry-lime mocktail over the ice.

Garnish: Top each drink with fresh mint leaves and garnish with lime wedges and strawberry slices for a vibrant presentation.

Enjoy: Serve immediately while it's refreshing and fizzy!
