Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups frozen french fries, cooked according to package instructions

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup pico de gallo

1 avocado, sliced

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the flank steak, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour, allowing the flavors to meld.

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated steak. Sear until browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Prepare the Tortillas: Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable, about 10-15 seconds. This will make them easier to fold.

Assemble the Burritos: On each tortilla, layer some steak, a handful of cooked French fries, a generous amount of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, pico de gallo, and a few slices of avocado.

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up, securing the filling inside tightly.

Grill the Burritos: In the same skillet, place the burritos seam side down and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Remove from heat and drizzle with sour cream. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Slice the burritos in half for easier serving.
