1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups marinara sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Cook the Shells: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, 1/4 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper, mixing until well incorporated.

Stuff the Shells: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture using a spoon or a piping bag.

Assemble the Dish: In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, then pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the shells.

Bake: Drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired. Enjoy your delicious seafood stuffed shells!
