3 cups watermelon, diced and seeded

1 cup coconut water

1 banana, frozen

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey (optional)

Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions
 

Begin by cutting the watermelon into small cubes and ensuring all seeds are removed.

    Place the diced watermelon, coconut water, frozen banana, fresh mint, lime juice, and if desired, the agave syrup or honey into a blender.

      Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until blended down.

        Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more agave syrup or honey.

          Once blended, pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of watermelon on the rim.
