Ingredients

2 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup strawberries, hulled and frozen

1 banana, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup coconut water or regular water

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Toppings: sliced fresh strawberries, watermelon cubes, granola, chia seeds, and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the fruits: If you haven’t done so already, cube the watermelon and hull the strawberries. Freeze the watermelon and strawberries for at least 2 hours to ensure the smoothie bowl is icy and refreshing.

Blend the base: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, banana, and coconut water. Add Greek yogurt if using for a creamier texture. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water or regular water to reach your desired consistency.

Sweeten to taste: Taste the smoothie mixture and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter flavor. Blend again briefly to combine.

Assemble your bowl: Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Use a spatula to smooth the top.

Add toppings: Decorate the top generously with sliced fresh strawberries, cubed watermelon, a sprinkle of granola, chia seeds, and a few fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve immediately: Enjoy your refreshing smoothie bowl immediately with a spoon, and savor the refreshing flavors!
