Ingredients

1 cup dill pickle juice

1 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup cold water

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for a savory kick)

Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the dill pickle juice, ice cubes, cold water, and honey or agave syrup if you want a touch of sweetness.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy, about 30-60 seconds. Feel free to adjust the consistency by adding more ice or water to your preference.

If you want extra flavor, add the garlic powder and blend for a few more seconds.

Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. If it’s not tangy enough for your liking, add a splash more pickle juice.

Pour the slushy mixture into chilled glasses.

Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh dill if desired.

Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your unique pickle slushy!
