Peach Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
  

2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

1 banana, frozen

1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Toppings: granola, sliced almonds, chia seeds, fresh mint leaves, and additional peach slices

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

    Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

      Once blended, pour the peach smoothie into two bowls.

        Decorate the top of each bowl with your choice of toppings: sprinkle granola, add sliced almonds, chia seeds, fresh mint leaves, and arrange additional peach slices in an aesthetically pleasing way.
