1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)

In a blender, combine the frozen banana, almond milk, fresh orange juice, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
