1/4 cup kosher salt

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

In a mixing bowl, add the kosher salt and granulated sugar. Stir to combine.

    Gradually add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, cornstarch, black pepper, parsley, celery salt, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the salt mixture.

      Mix all the ingredients until they are well combined, ensuring there are no clumps.
