Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 3/4 cups milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Whipped cream, for serving (optional)

Chocolate syrup, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.

In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: beat the eggs and add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients by pouring the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined (don’t over mix; a few lumps are okay).

Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers into the batter, ensuring an even distribution.

Lightly grease the waffle iron with non-stick spray or a brush of melted butter. Pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the center of the waffle iron, just enough to cover the surface without overflowing.

Close the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffle is golden brown and cooked through (usually about 4-5 minutes).

Carefully remove the waffle from the iron and repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve warm, topped with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and additional crushed graham crackers or marshmallows if desired.
