1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies (for serving)

Instructions

Caramelize the Onions: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the onions are golden brown and caramelized. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the caramelized onions and garlic, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare to Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden brown on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chives or parsley before serving. Pair with tortilla chips or sliced veggies to enjoy!
