Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup hot honey (or adjust based on spice preference)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch each.

Season the Salmon: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes and toss gently until well coated.

Prepare Hot Honey Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar until mixed harmoniously.

Bake the Salmon: Place the seasoned salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Add the Sauce: In the last 2 minutes of baking, brush the hot honey sauce over the salmon bites for a sticky glaze.

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra zesty kick!
