1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt, to taste

1/4 cup water (more as needed)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Pita bread or veggies (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Hummus: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt. Pulse until smooth.

    Adjust Consistency: With the processor running, gradually add water until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

      Layering: Spread the hummus evenly on a large serving plate, creating a well in the center.

        Add Yogurt: Spoon the Greek yogurt into the well of the hummus and drizzle with a little olive oil.

          Top It Off: Evenly distribute the diced cucumber, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese over the hummus and yogurt layer.
