4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

2 cups arugula, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped

1/2 cup salami, diced

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

1/2 cup garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and arugula.
