2 large cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella balls.

    Gently toss in the torn basil leaves to mix.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
