4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps the coating stick better and ensures crispiness.

    Set Up Breading Station: In three separate bowls, place the flour mixed with half of the garlic powder, the eggs whisked together, and the panko breadcrumbs mixed with the remaining garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
