Ingredients

2 cups elbow macaroni

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 cup honey

2 cups heavy cream

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Macaroni: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken, season with black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the honey and heavy cream to the pan, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

Cheese It Up: Gradually whisk in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Stir in the garlic powder, and adjust seasoning with salt if needed. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of pasta water until desired consistency is reached.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked macaroni and chicken to the cheese sauce, stirring until well coated. Let it cook together for another 2-3 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to meld.

Serve: Spoon the creamy honey pepper chicken mac and cheese into bowls. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy your delightful meal!
