3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 oz rotini pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Red pepper flakes (for heat)

Cook the Rotini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

    Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

      Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
