Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

¼ cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream, stirring to deglaze the pan. Add the BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Combine: Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
