Ingredients
  

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (various colors)

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Add vegetables: Stir in the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly.
