2 cups of cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)

1 cup of strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1 medium banana, sliced

1 cup of blueberries

1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

1/4 cup of chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish
