1 pack of instant ramen noodles

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, julienned

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

1 carrot, julienned

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Prepare the Noodles: Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, tossing with a little sesame oil to prevent sticking.

    Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes while you prep the vegetables.

      Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

        Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

          Stir-fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
