Ingredients

8 ounces rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Croutons, for topping

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

Prepare the Chicken: If not using rotisserie chicken, grill or bake chicken breasts seasoned with black pepper and garlic powder until cooked through. Let cool and dice into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

Add Dressing: Pour the Caesar dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

Cheese It Up: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese into the salad and mix again, ensuring an even distribution.

Top and Serve: Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature. Just before serving, top with croutons for added crunch and garnish with fresh parsley.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving for flavors to meld.
