Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas

1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. For added flavor, stir in the fresh parsley if desired.

    Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle the olive oil.

      Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Scoop about 1/4 of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

        Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, enclosing the filling completely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          In the preheated skillet, place the wraps seam side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

            Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice in half and serve warm with sour cream on the side.
