Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp relish

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup finely chopped pickles

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and relish to create the special sauce.

Prepare the Wraps: Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of the special sauce evenly over the tortilla.

Layer the Ingredients: Add a scoop of the cooked beef in the center of the tortilla, then follow with a handful of shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and pickles.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom to the top to form a wrap. Ensure all fillings are tucked in securely.

Toast (optional): For an extra crispy texture, place the wraps seam-side down on a hot skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally, garnish with sesame seeds if desired, and serve with extra special sauce for dipping.
