Ingredients

1.5 lbs chicken tenders

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup hot honey (or honey mixed with your favorite hot sauce)

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl or dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Bread the Chicken: Set up a breading station with three separate bowls:

        - Bowl 1: Flour mixture.

          - Bowl 2: Beat the eggs.

            - Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs.

Coat the Chicken: Working with one chicken tender at a time, first dredge it in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip back into the bowl. Finally, coat the chicken in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place the breaded tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle with Olive Oil: Once all chicken tenders are breaded, drizzle olive oil evenly over them to help with browning.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is golden brown and crispy.

Make the Hot Honey Glaze: While the chicken is baking, warm the hot honey in a small saucepan over low heat for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes more fluid. Remove from heat.

Glaze the Chicken: Once the chicken is done baking, remove it from the oven and drizzle the hot honey over each piece generously.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot!
