Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Dipping sauce (such as creamy garlic or chimichurri)

Instructions

Marinate the Steak: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak cubes and toss well to ensure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for extra flavor).

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Air Fry the Steak Bites: Place the marinated steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket; you might need to cook them in batches. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.

Check for Doneness: Depending on your preferred level of doneness, the steak bites should be cooked to medium-rare (about 135°F) or medium (about 145°F). Use a meat thermometer for precision if desired.

Serve and Garnish: Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
