1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons olive oil

Prep the Shrimp: Rinse and pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. This ensures they are not too moist, which helps the coating stick better.

    Make the Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

      Prepare the Breading Station: Set up a breading station with one bowl for the beaten eggs and another for the breadcrumb mixture.
