Ingredients

2 plain bagels, halved

1/2 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or your choice of toppings (e.g., bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Olive oil spray

Instructions

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

Prepare the Bagels: Lightly spray the cut sides of the bagel halves with olive oil. This helps achieve a nice crispiness.

Spread the Sauce: Take a tablespoon of pizza sauce and spread it evenly over the cut side of each bagel half.

Add Cheese and Toppings: Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add your desired toppings, then sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.

Arrange in the Air Fryer: Place the bagel pizzas in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave space between each one for even cooking.

Air Fry: Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bagels are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.

Garnish & Serve: Once done, carefully remove the bagel pizzas using tongs. If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
