Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

Juice and zest of 1 orange

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, orange juice and zest, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place on the grill skin-side down. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Once cooked, remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
